Magnesium & Immunity: What You Need to Know

There are many vitamins & minerals that come to mind when we think about immune health: Zinc, Vitamin C & Vitamin D are typically among the top, as they have been well-documented over the years to provide immune support. But did you know Magnesium is also a key player in a healthy immune system?
